Nicolas Saad, a Monaco-based DJ and electronic music producer, whose career can be traced back to the 1990s. Saad has developed a reputation for crafting tracks for French radio and TV.
Shawn Pereira, a Malibu-based model. who taught himself music while traveling the world modeling in campaigns for Ralph Lauren Polo Sport, Diet Coke and Tag Heuer.
Pereira met Saad while vacationing in St. Barth’s, a small French West Indies territory, that was once a Swedish colony for about 100 years. Bonding over an abiding love of deep house, the duo wound up writing, recording and producing their full-length debut, last year’s The Beginning — and since then, their music has become the official sound of BMW Monaco, playing in every new car sold. Building upon a growing profile, Pereira and Saad begin the new year with their latest single, the slickly produced “Deep Into Your Soul.” Centered around skittering beats, broodingly atmospheric synths, twinkling keys, wobbling low end and a soulful vocal, “Deep Into Your Soul” is a hook-driven and deliberate crafted club banger that manages to sound rather timeless — as though it could have been released in 1989, 1999, 2009, 2019 or just yesterday.
End of Code are working on their highly-anticipated follow-up to The Beginning, which they hope will be released later this year.

French musician Nicolas Saad and Californian guitarist-vocalist Nicolas Saad & Shawn Pereira from the End of Code project have long been involved in electronic music. When the track first reached the mark of 2:50, I realized how involved I was with it. I say this because my very first reaction, driven by being used to anxiety led productions, was to think that a 15 seconds intro felt a bit long and that I wouldn't be able to be carried by the tune. Luckly that didn't happen. I like how the vocal is on the very foreground, giving it a more sensitive feel to a very synthetic environment. It's a very good track that I would enjoy listening to at a party. I can see it doing well with licensing and I'll surely listen to the new album, it made me curious for it.

Hello and thank you for your submission. The first thing that stands out in this track in my opinion are deep lyrics and a great vocal that is extremely emotional and deep. Production is very good. Drums, bass and melody are really good and mixed nicely in a track with vocals being the main part. I would be more than happy to add 7 minute version into a playlist that I will be launching in a couple of months that focuses on night time driving mood and has artists like deadmau5, felon, edx, kaskade and grum.

End of Code is a duet between Nicolas Saad and Shawn Pereira. The Malibu/Monaco electro Duo are writing, producing, and expressing future and freedom’s musical energy. Saad has been developing his musical creativity since the 90’s, DJing and producing for French radio and TV. Pereira absorbed the music while he taught himself while traveling the world modeling for Ralph Lauren Polo Sport, Diet Coke, and Tag Heuer. During a vacation in St Barth’s, Pereira met Saad, and End of Code was formed. The Beginning is the duet’s debut album, which was released in March of 2020. Their music has an appeal that allowed fans to catch their vibe across the globe. Their music is the official sound of BMW Monaco, playing in every new car sold. End of Code is set to release a new album in 2021 and is now releasing its first single called “Deep Into Your Soul.”
Bottom Line: “Deep Into Your Soul” was created with Saad creating the music and Pereira writing the lyrics and singings. Saad used the legendary TR-808 drum machine to make the beat, which resulted in a deep groove for the other sounds to layer upon. Pereira speaks about the lyrics, “It’s about trying to write a song with the title referring to the confinement period. I tend to write a lot of metaphors and images. The song’s meaning is all in the hook. ‘Now as we close again, you can’t go out, so you have to go in and down down deep into your soul, before you lose control.'” The full drum sound is adorned with synth swells to introduce the song. Pereira’s vocals enter with a quite introspective feeling. The 2nd verse has added parts to give the song direction and development. Vocal harmonies are added, too, as the song builds. The third verse takes us to the climax. The production is balanced and organic. The ending phrases have a counterpoint between Pereira and a synth melody. Overall, “Deep Into Your Soul” has an eighties retro vibe with witty lyrics and a hypnotic beat. End of Code is creating solid sounds for your playlist, and that’s the short of it!
An uplifting track with pleasant percussion that steadily builds as the track progresses. A radio ready sound that could work for both niche shows and mainstream playlists. Well mixed and mastered with all parts of the track getting a fair shot. The track also has great lyrics..perfectly ambiguous and could be talking about any manner of subjects.

First of all, thank you so much for sharing your work with us :) I was listening to the song in a loop for a long time before writing this feedback, which means I really liked it hahaha For me, it is visible that you two already have one long bag of references and experiences with house music, which explain the impeccable production of the music. The track does not have many turning points or moments of evident elevation, which is not a problem. Most of the times when we evaluate music of the genre, we always feel a gap, the lack of an unexpected element, a surprise in the instrumentation. I imagine that due to the choice of beats and the more immersive character that the track presents, its construction without so many variations is totally justified. It is an engaging, sexy song that you can listen to both in a moment of rest and on a dance floor. I really enjoyed it and I hope to keep hearing from you guys here. Cool track! I think that it starts nice and interesting and i really like the chord progression that you got going on there. Simple, but really powerful! Nice deep house rythm of the track and i think that the lead melody is good. I like the vocals as well, i think the lyrics feels well written and they match the instrumental well. They add alot of emotion for the track! Good arrengement of the track and i think that the production sounds good with a clean mix & master.
It sparks a very classic deep-house vibe, it's very well produced. The vocalist also works perfectly with the tune. At the same time that has great melodies, A song that will work on the dancefloor but it can definitely work as a soundtrack for everyday life.

Maybe it’s the simplicity of the sound. Maybe its the direct message. Maybe it’s the synth textures that abduct you into a electronic environment that sets the rules while allowing you to float around… whatever it is, the new release of electro duo Nicolas Saad and Shawn Pereira, better known as End of Code, connects to my mind like superglue.
Check out the warm bass, creating a grooving atmosphere in which those synthscaping structures build a futuristic room for the listener. Due to the basic concept, the track feels natural and relaxed, there’s nothing unexpected going on in the tune that would disturb the steady pace. It’s this surrounding where the soulful and emotional vocals really feel at home. There’s a certain melancholy to find in ‘Deep Into your Soul’, and this is what makes the track really honest and relatable. I loved the Progressive House beat with some Techno elements, it really took the song to a deeper level of darkness and this atmosphere fits the vocals perfectly. The downtempo rhythm gives it a measured picture, impelling for a constant body movement – very poignant for this sort of electro song. Given the immensely personal nature behind The Fall, I found myself transfixed to the lyricism here. The pulsing drum machine beat set the perfect tone amidst all the varied synth based leads/pads .. creating a half fascinating atmosphere.. but also a half intimidating one. Cool! I'd say its a more than enjoyable listen reminiscent of some darker Depeche Mode stuff. Cool. Keep it up!

You gotta love the dark pulsating core of the new release of Nicolas Saad and Shawn Pereira, better known as the duo End of Code. The track does its thing like an ice-cold machine, but with a huge amount of tension added. The saturated synth base builds an extrardinary sound room that is loaded with a groove that makes you move, but at the same time there’s this signature dark vibe present that makes you hold your breath because it feels like the tune was watching you.
And this, folks, is what I love most about ‘The Fall’ – its the way it creates a soundscape not only to listen to, but to feel it permeating your mind layers at the same time. The Fall shows how one of the member had contemplated suicide in his life as a teenager. When Shawn was young, he hated his skin and made fun of very harshly in high school. It pushed him to the edge for sure. Unfortunately this is something that still happens quite often and I like the way the created a sombre, mysterious atmosphere to match such contemplation.
I am really fond of the warm, deep vocals flowing effortlessly over the captivating electronic production packed with an infectious beat and killer bass that create quite a trance-like atmosphere.

Hello! The bass is what stood out the most for us on this track as it kept the track grooving the entirety of the time. However, the spoken word like vocals were quite unique in context of both the music and the video. They led the way in terms of just about everything.
